Kerala Ayurveda came to us with an unfinished replatform, a catalogue nobody could navigate and paid media running against numbers that did not reconcile. We rebuilt the store on Shopify Plus, gave five thousand products a browsing structure customers actually use, then scaled acquisition on measurement we trusted.
The move off BigCommerce had begun without a finished destination. Product data was inconsistent, templates were incomplete and large parts of the catalogue were effectively offline — indexed, linked, and unbuyable.
Demand was not the problem. People were searching for Ayurvedic remedies by concern — sleep, hair fall, joint comfort, immunity — and landing on a store organised by brand and product line, which answered a question nobody had asked.
Meanwhile paid media was being scaled against reported returns that never matched the finance sheet, so every budget decision was an argument rather than a calculation.
The catalogue barely changed. What changed was how many ways there are into it, and how quickly a visitor with a specific concern reaches something that addresses it.

Send us the store and the numbers you do not trust. We will tell you which is the real problem — usually it is both, and usually in that order.
